Biography

Junior Researcher

Ethan joined the Provenzano lab in 2014 as an undergraduate student in Chemical Engineering. He since graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering and a minors in Computer Science and Biochemistry. His current research interests involves utilizing in lab coded bioinformatics and modeling analysis to interrogate large data sets associated with human tumors and patient outcomes. These endeavors include analysis of large transcript datasets and pathway analyses. In addition, to programming and bioinformatics analysis, he performs wet bench experiments to evaluate and validate computational predictions.
