Graduate Student
Noah received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Iowa (Go Hawks!) in Spring 2023 with an emphasis in Cellular Engineering. There he worked with Dr. Edward Sander, and studied the role adipocytes have in modulating wound healing. He joined the Provenzano lab as a PhD student at the end of 2023 and is also coadvised by Dr. Brittany Hartwell. His project currently sits as the crossroads of cancer bioengineering and immunoengineering, as he investigates mucosal tissue targeting cancer vaccines as a way to treat pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma. When he's not in the lab, Noah enjoys playing board games with friends (current favorite: Skull King), watching football, baking, and hiking.
